We ordered a patio set at the beginning of May and the shipping was delayed multiple times. I just tracked the shipping this morning and it says the set was delivered a week ago (5/20). It most definitely was not, because my husband and I were both home. If you don't have the e-receipt, enter the tracking number manually. This way you can lookup your International NSD Nonstop Delivery shipment and check its status.

Where do I get the tracking number of my NSD Nonstop Delivery shipment?
I have called 8 times in 2 days to try and schedule a pickup. I have been on hold to speak with someone as long as 6 minutes and I still have not been able to speak with anyone. Not only did they deliver the wrong package. They delivered ot late, damaged and in the middle of the driveway. They were very rude and told me they will deliver the correct one and pick up wrong one on FOUR DAYS....
Got put on hold and when the rep came back on, she said they would probably call tomorrow to schedule a time. Then she proceeds to tell me it takes 24 to 48 BUSINESS hours (that's three to six days folks) to contact and schedule, which is totally unacceptable. That is definitely not anywhere near ANYONE's definition of "We'll be contacting you shortly to schedule your pick-up". This is what their automated response tells you. "Shortly" is within one business day. I've been waiting four days already.
Delivery MIA, company not answering phones.
Has anyone whose item was lost ever get a resolution? We are paying for an item that hasn't shown up, and was shipped through NSD. I see all these horror stories that sound exactly like our issue and none of them have any ultimate resolution.
I want to track my NSD Nonstop Delivery shipment but I don't know where to get the tracking number. Have tried for over a week to track a shipment with the order number. I’ve been trying to order some samples of vinyl siding!

This was important because mail delivery often included multiple couriers in varying environmental circumstances, which made it possible for a mail to get lost. Worst possible shipping company I have ever dealt with. This company is a joke you can’t get anyone who knows what they’re doing and that’s if you get the to answer their phone. My package said out for delivery 12/1 and it’s 12/3 and still haven’t seen anything or made further contact. Like I said, this company is a joke and whoever runs this place is an even bigger joke.
I will be contacting Home Depot and letting them know they have a problem and they need to come and pick their item up since NSD can't manage to do their jobs. NSD Nonstop Delivery's customer service can give you an estimation of the arrival date and time. Yet, shipping companies do not have the ability to find out exactly when a delivery person or a carrier will arrive at a specific location. The volume of mail and parcels fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery was fast and on time but the installer didn't speak any English so communication was difficult. He didn't have the necessary tools to assemble the treadmill and needed to borrow a screwdriver to complete the assembly. We used google translate for that conversation. When he was done, he showed me the treadmill and kept pushing me to sign an acknowledgement form.
They lost my package and refused to answer any questions I had. They've already failed on the customer satisfaction aspect, as I have lost confidence due to the lack of specific information they have provided. They received the boxes on 9/16 and have LOST them in their Dallas terminal. I have been on the phone with these people for over a week and they can’t seem to locate my 10 boxes that they signed for on 9/16. My entire project has been at a standstill for a week now waiting on these s to find my shipment.

Which I’m learning is a bad idea. We got screwed buying a stove through Lowe’s website. The day it was supposed to be deliver, we were told they didn’t have it to put on the truck. Track a PKG offers a quick way to track trace your package.
