I am still missing two cabinets from my order. The shipping company has not received the cabinets from Home Depot. Home Depot won’t tell me where the cabinets are or a tracking number or when I can more or less expect them. I have been calling 8 times and everyone has a different story to tell me. The installers are not going to wait around for me not knowing when these cabinets are coming in.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. I did speak to a person who sounded like she was trying to swallow her microphone and said "basically" every other word. All she could do was read from a script and I had to pressure her to call the terminal. She said she did and no one answered and I had to tell her call again because someone is there as we are in the same time zone.
We ordered a patio set at the beginning of May and the shipping was delayed multiple times. I just tracked the shipping this morning and it says the set was delivered a week ago (5/20). I’m not sure it even went thru, but as I was looking it was shipping to the wrong store. I need it shipped to Issaquah WA Home Depot store. The out for delivery status from Chantilly VA and the delivered to Sykesville MD is the same exact date and time. Nov 2 I ordered, Nov 12 is was scheduled for delivery, I was admitted to the hospital that day and could not be there. Tracked my package said it was out for delivery and rescheduled for Nov 14.
